About
Amzar Ayub Syarif, S.Pd is a passionate educator currently serving as a Guru Agama Islam Ahli Pertama at UPTD SMP Negeri 6 Kupang Tengah Satap. Born and raised in Kampung Daja, NTT, Amzar understands the profound challenges of teaching in resource-limited 3T regions. Recognized for his strategic vision and dedication, he has received full backing from the Head of the Education and Culture Office of Kupang Regency, Dr. Eliazer Teuf, S.Pd., M.Pd. Amzar is preparing to pursue his Master's degree in Curriculum Development at Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI) via the LPDP Beasiswa Daerah Afirmasi 2025. Upon completion, he is mandated to lead two critical initiatives in NTT: developing the localized curriculum for the new SMA Unggulan Garuda in TTS, and pioneering the integration of the national AI and Coding curriculum across rural schools.

Field Impact
As a front-line educator in Kabupaten Kupang, Amzar has proven his resilience by often independently repairing school multimedia tools to keep education running. He is currently designing an R&D framework (ADDIE model) for his upcoming master's thesis under Prof. Dr. Dinn Wahyudin, aiming to prepare teachers in 3T areas to effectively deliver AI and technology-driven curricula.
