About the Role
We are building a culturally sustaining pedagogy database. We need science teachers to help translate standard physics into local realities. Examples include the thermodynamics of traditional farming or the acoustics of the Sasando.
Qualifications & Preferences
- Active or retired science teacher in NTT, or science education student
- Deep knowledge of local cultural artifacts, practices, and environmental contexts
- Ability to articulate scientific concepts in culturally grounded language
- Interest in building an open-source indigenous knowledge database
